The Downtown Neighborhood Association (DNA) was formed in the fall of 1981 with
the purpose of defining and addressing issues which concern a growing downtown
population.
The Association's continued objective is to protect, support and enhance the
quality of life in the Downtown area. By being involved in the Downtown
Neighborhood Association, members have an opportunity to help shape the future
of Downtown Memphis as it becomes a center for exciting events and business
expansion. The Association maintains and fosters a spirit of community for
Downtown residents, businesses and visitors.
