Council Appoints Interim District 7 Seat

On Friday, July 22nd, the City Council appointed Berlin Boyd, a small-business owner, to fill the vacant District 7 council seat Friday. Please read the full article by Bill Dries in the Memphis Daily News below. Mr. Boyd will serve in this position for the remaining five months of Ms. Wares term.
