Excerpt from the letter from Harbor Town HOA President Nancy Caldwell

"On Monday, April 4, 2011, the Harbor Town Association held a Special Meeting to discuss a scrap metal facility that has set up business on the east banks of the Wolf River Harbor.

The facility is located on the site of an old car crushing business that was shut down because of environmental concerns in the early 1990s. After it was closed, the owners buried the old cars and sold the property for a nominal amount to the current owner who owned a junkyard/salvage site on 7th Ave."     Click HEREfor the letter in its entirety.
